When you use Lina on Telegram, we store:

• Your conversations with Lina – This helps her remember your story and provide personalized support over time.
• Your Telegram user ID – This helps us identify you across sessions.
• Basic usage data – When you sent messages, to help improve the service.

We do NOT collect: Your phone number, email, real name, or any personally identifiable information beyond what Telegram provides (user ID and username).

How we protect your data

• Encrypted storage: Your conversations are stored securely on encrypted servers.
• No sharing: We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Ever.
• No ads or tracking: We don't use your data for advertising or analytics.
• Limited access: Only the AI model and essential infrastructure have access to your conversations.

AI processing

Your messages are processed by AI language models to generate Lina's responses. These models run on secure infrastructure and do not retain your data after processing.

Your rights

You have full control over your data:

• Request deletion: Send /delete to Lina, and all your conversations will be permanently deleted within 24 hours.
• Export your data: Send /export to receive a copy of your conversations.
• Stop using the service: Simply stop messaging Lina. Your data will remain stored unless you request deletion.

Data retention

We keep your conversations to provide continuity and personalized support. If you request deletion, all your data is permanently erased from our servers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through Lina.
